The IMG Call Center ensures that you will be assigned a single point of contact in an emergency, so you can rely on a dedicated member of our service team to work with you from start to finish.

Live call center representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CST). Through the centralized call center, IMG is able to make certain that only authorized personnel have access to the riser closets and NETPOP/MPOE.
